Very late into the game as this was my first time trying out Tsukada Nojo
and the quality of ingredients exceeded expectations. Ordered the Binjin
Nabe Set ($25++ per pex) which comes with their famous Jidori chicken meat
and meatball, prawn, and vegetable box. Sadly, we are only allowed to choose
one soup base no matter the no. of people at the table and rice or noodles
are not included.
Had the tomato collagen base which was so rich that one can feel the
stickiness on the lips. Would be perfect if it could be much less salty.
Their four different sauces are worth a dip despite the savoury soup.
We also added on Wagyu Beef ($25++) and Beauty Noodles ($4++) since there
was neither carbs nor much meat in the set. The beef was a bit
disappointing as it has large portion of fat which tasted like those cheap
frozen beef short plate shabu shabu. While there was chicken bones and
shrimp shells fully on the plate, they didn't change but instead
kept taking away the dishes we finished.
Overall, the price isn’t cheap but we would consider coming back to try
out their different flavour in maybe a longer time.
