Located in a short walk from Lentor MRT exit 4 and sitting under the HDB block, Grillhood Mains X Desserts is a hidden gem for variety of Western and Asian dishes. I believe they changed their entire menu somewhere in late 2021 from a Western food dominated menu.
C.M.F Quesadilla ($10.9) is the most recommended dish from Google Maps reviewers and indeed it was delicious. There's cheese, chicken and mushroom accompanied with tangy salsa sauce. The portion is more than enough for one pax. We also tried:
The Moo Burger ($13.9)
Korean Kimchi Pork Collar ($14.9)- the pork collar has a gamey taste but the broth pairs well with rice; you could also
change to prata.
Grilled Pork Collar ($14.9) - the chicken was quite salty on its own and made the black pepper sauce rather redundant.
Overall, we were very satisfied with their food. Will return for their other items on menu which include several daily specials. We were told to call and reserve in advance as seating is limited. No service charge and GST.
