Travel journeys is never completed without chocolates. UBUD RAW Chocolate & Cacao is a supplier of organic Balinese raw cacao, with a unique combination of just two healthy plants; cacao and coconut.
I tried their ceremonial cacao drink and tasting sampler plate of the 4 types of raw choc flavour. Price is reasonable as the tasting sampler was only 17K.By means of being vegan choc, coconut milk and coconut sugar is used instead. My favourite piece was the mint and goji berry.
The drink has a creamy mouthfeel just like french hot chocolate, but not as buttery or heavy. Reminded me of ceremonial matcha but chocolate version.
