The Durian Bakery is an online durian specialist that bakes only with
fresh durians delivered from the plantation in Pahang, Malalysia.
I was surprised to see a good variety of durian cakes and durian pastries that can be delivered within 2 hours of order. Perfect if you like to
have your special occasion cakes on the same day. The Classic Mao Shan Wang Durian Cake is a popular choice and I could see why. It's a minimalistic cake of
fluffy vanilla sponge and generous amount of MSW durian that wasn't too
heavy as a post-meal dessert.
I also had the signature

which features 8 giant cream puffs that's stuffed with fresh MSW
durian pulp, 1 pc Dark Chocolate MSW mousse and a box of 6 pcs D24
Snowy Mochi. The mochi skin had an excellent texture and one can't
resist popping the entire thing into the mouth. The chocolate
mousse gave a sugar rush and was the sweetest in the dessert
box. Truly rich and indulgent. Will definitely get the cream puffs if I order again!
