Located in a queit neighborhood along the shop houses on Jalan Selaseh, Gustoso Ristorante Italiano is a Italian
Restaurant opened by celebrity chef, Peter Neo. Not a very convenient place to get to via public transportation, but it was
still fully booked on a weekday lunch time. Decided to takeaway as we did not reserve in advance.
The 1-for-1 Lunch promotion includes most items from the
regular menu and the lower-priced item will be free.
We had the Seafood Risotto and Seafood Aglio Olio which costed us $26
nett in total thanks to the promotion. Due to the takeaway, the food may not be tasted the best but they were still above average. The variety of seafood was lacking in the pasta, so was the heat from chilies which were absent.
There is still a lot more on the menu including their pizzas and meat dishes. Maybe we'll try to dine-in next time if promotion is still provided. Original price? Maybe not.
