I suggest u can try to be at Hidemi Sugino's shop a little earlier before it opens as dine-in seats are limited but yet majority of the cakes (especially those mousse ones) are not allowed for takeout. Enjoy your trip and stay in touch! :)dairyandcreamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15500790259896073282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-528311153536032008.post-31088517012980037732014-04-03T17:52:48.859+08:002014-04-03T17:52:48.859+08:00I want to try some local patissiers so I'll de...I want to try some local patissiers so I'll definitely be heading to Hidemi Sugino. I thought not many would be reading the posts ever since I came to Japan..haha...Anyway, hmm...for patisseries, actually there isn't any that is particularly bad and even those cakes/pastries in convenience stores would easily taste better than the cakes in Singapore. Go one at a time ba...and it depends on your preferences. Are you a chocolate person? eclair? fruit tarts? Most people would head for Jean Paul Hevin, Pierre Herme, Sadaharu Aoki, Hidemi Sugino, etc...and their pastries are definitely worth trying. If you are staying near a department store, you can save travelling time by picking up the cakes at the basement food department. I believe it is more than sufficient as I myself has never been able to try out everything yet!

Too much sweets here so take your time :) Let me know if you are looking for certain type of pastry shop or if you need any further food info of Tokyo :D I'm be happy to help!dairyandcreamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15500790259896073282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-528311153536032008.post-91039483301417000282014-04-03T16:44:24.966+08:002014-04-03T16:44:24.966+08:00Hi dairycream!
